Welcome to AiFirstSocial.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and QASPAR DIGI-MO PRIVATE LIMITED ("QASPAR DIGI-MO", "AiFirstSocial", "we", "us", or "our").

AiFirstSocial provides social media management and publishing tools that allow users to manage connected social media accounts, create content, schedule posts, publish content and access related management and analytics features.

By creating an account, accessing or using AiFirstSocial, you agree to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses and consents necessary to use and publish your User Content.

If a third-party platform restricts or removes your account, page, content, API access or publishing permissions, AiFirstSocial may be unable to provide the affected functionality.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Scheduled and Automated Publishing

AiFirstSocial may allow you to schedule content for future publication.
